Meet the J Michael Manley Team

J Michael has lived in the Greenville area since 1999. He is happily married to Vicki and has three sons; Colin, Grayson, and Pearson. Before entering in a career in real estate, he owned a foreclosure management company. He is certified with Prudential, Sirva, Cartus, and USAA Relocation. While working with these relocation companies he has helped many families move into and out of Greenville during his 7 years of real estate experience. J Michael has been active in the community by volunteering with, Frazee Dream Center, Wired ministry @ Brookwood Church and also helping setup corporate running teams to help raise money for the Susan G. Komen Breast cancer race. He is an active runner and has participating in several marathons and other smaller local races, and currently serving as the race director for the Green Earth Day Half Marathon. He served in the Army as a military policeman for 8 years with South Carolina National Guard. When he got out of college he worked for NASCAR, PGA, and LPGA as an event manager.

Chelsea Jackson grew up in a family of 5 as the oldest sibling. She was originally from Pennsylvania and now currently residing in Simpsonville, SC. She graduated with a business degree from Westmoreland Community College at the age of 18 and began a career in the real estate in 2013. She enjoys helping families find the right home that they can continue to build memories in and also enjoys working with first time home buyers.

Born in Florida and raised in Greenville, Liesel has been a resident of the upstate area for 38 years. After college, she has spent her professional career in customer service. She has an Associate’s Degree in Travel Management where she worked in the airline industry for over 15 years. Her experience in airline management has given her the ability to handle any situation presented to her. After two furloughs with two different airlines, it was time for her to make a career change. She took a position as a leasing agent in multi-family housing where she became the highest producing agent throughout the company within her first year of employment. This lead to her promotion to a new property during the initial lease-up.
Her outgoing personality and genuine interest in people have always been factors in her success in customer service and sales. Her time in multi-family housing led to securing her Property Management license. After several years of helping people find the right home in multi-family housing, she acquired her real estate license and went on to helping clients become homeowners in single-family housing.
Liesel married her best friend from high school and is happily married with two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys time spent with her family on their boat, cooking and refinishing furniture.

After 15 years in education in VA, I decided to relocate to the Greenville area with my family and get into Real Estate. It’s something that I’ve wanted to do for years. Helping families solve their Real Estate needs has become a passion of mine. There’s nothing like helping that first time home buyer, a seller needing to list their home, or helping buyers who are relocating to the area. I walk each and every one of clients through the Contract to Closing process. This is a relationship building profession, and I love meeting and working with new individuals and families each and ever week.

Cameron spent a year in Real Estate in Mt. Pleasant, SC before moving to Greenville. He is a Greenville native, operations Manager in the National Guard and a loving father to his daughter. He has a passion to help others and a drive to succeed.

Lakisha is originally from Michigan, she has lived in Florida as well, and has relocated back to South Carolina. She is married with 3 adorable dogs. She has been through the process of buying and selling homes herself several times and understands the importance of finding the right home. She loves working with buyers to help them find their first or forever home.

Rob has recently joined our team as an Inside Sales Specialist. He recently earned his Real Estate License and will be representing our team as our newest Listing Specialist. Rob is a native of the Greenville area and has 3 teenage children and they enjoy the outdoors.
