Five Forks has one of the highest overall quality of life scores, it also has one of the lowest sales tax rates in the state. This suburban community is one of the fastest growing in Greenville. The place has seen
an increase in many housing developments through the years. The median age of homes in Five Forks is 5 years, with a median home price of $245,500 and a rent price of $1,313.
