Greater Greenville Real Estate Market for November, 2014

Average Sales Price: $184,935 (Up +0.32% from last year)

List To Sold Price Ratio: 96.11% (Up +3.22% from last year)

Days on the Market:  111 Days (Down -1.7% from last year)

 

 

In November we saw a 27% decrease in the total homes sold month over month which is from October 2014 to November 2014 (this is larger than any month over month time period during the shift of 2008). 

When we look at year over year meaning November 2013 to November 2014 we saw only a slight increase in the total homes sold from 699 in November 2013 to 718 November 2014.

Our Average price has fallen over the last 2 months from $195,000 to $184,000 this is inline with the seasonal market shift. Cumulative DOMs have started to increase and we are now at 111 days.

These numbers cover all of Greenville SC and the surrounding areas, including Taylors, Travelers Rest, Greer, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Mauldin and the rest of the greater Greenville area.
