Artisphere: More Than Just an Arts Festival
VisitGreenvilleSC President and CEO Heath Dillard believes that events like Artisphere are an important opportunity for tourists to experience Greenville. People come for the weekend to find art, whether it’s their first or tenth time, but they end up learning so much more. In addition to the festival, visitors dine in Greenville’s restaurants, stay in its hotels, shop in its boutiques and galleries, and see everything that Greenville has to offer.
Large-scale events, such as Artisphere, provide a definite reason and date to visit, which is why they are such an effective tourist generator. Visitors discover everything Greenville has to offer, and they help to support local artists while expanding cultural options for locals. Artisphere is more than just an arts festival; it is an event that both visitors and locals will not want to miss.
The 2023 Artisphere music program promises to provide visitors to Greenville with a one-of-a-kind and spectacular experience. Visitors can immerse themselves in Greenville’s lively cultural scene by seeing a variety of great musical musicians perform. Come for the art and music, but stay for the rest of Greenville’s offerings.
