We have a professional videographer create an actual video tour of your home — not just a virtual tour or slide show with music — and place it on our Websites for buyers across the world to see.

7. Informational Brochure

In some circumstances, we also supply printed flyers that reside on the “For Sale” sign for agents or potential buyers who drive by and want to know more about your listing.

8. Promotion to Our Database

Your property will be promoted through our database of over 17,000 prospective buyers all over the greater Greenville area and other states. We use targeted marketing to attract buyers and investors in our contact database who are interested in homes in your area and price range.

9. Promotion to Other Agents

Your property will be promoted through the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to over 600 area Realtors® and agents. These agents can search for and send your listing information to their clients with full details and the HDR photos. We can track the number of agents and clients who view your MLS listing, which we report to you periodically during your listing period.

10. Instant Buyer Gratification

handThe smart phone is a terrific marketing tool, and we have multiple ways to “capture” interested buyers who use their phones. When buyers see our sign in the yard and log into our KW app on their phones, they immediately see the home that is closest to their location and are provided all the listing details of your property. They can also get the mobile version of our Website.

11. Open House

Open houseFrom January to March 2015, our listings got under contract in less than 1 week and closed for a little over a month. All of these homes were sold at the open house! We implement an Open House program that promotes your home, coordinated with your needs. Open houses will lead to more exposure for your home and more feedback from potential buyers.

12. Timely Updates

updateWhen an agent shows your property, the feedback they and their clients provide — good or bad — is essential to getting your home sold.
