3. Signage
Once we’ve agreed on a price and your home is staged and ready to show, we begin our full COMMAND Service Marketing Program, starting with our sign in your yard. 10. Instant Buyer Gratification
The smart phone is a terrific marketing tool, and we have multiple ways to “capture” interested buyers who use their phones. 11. Open House
From January to March 2015, our listings got under contract in less than 1 week and closed for a little over a month. All of these homes were sold at the open house!
