The developer of the community has recently announced that it’s extending the community in the southeastern side of Lake Keowee offering 160 lakefront lots out of 200. This development of nearly 600 acres is said to be the biggest project of The Cliffs yet. Development is already underway as they have started building roads and docks.
The development will feature country store, post office, wraparound pool, bar and fitness facility. The first 35 lots will be hosted by the Cliffs sales team in June. There’s no definite listing price of the properties yet but the lot prices may range from $300,000 to almost $1 million. As with other property owners of the Cliffs communities, owners of the property will be able to reach three existing Cliffs golf courses by boat.
